Tom Ferry

Embassy Suites held a Tom Ferry seminar last Tuesday in Estero Florida. Our Tropic Breeze realty teem attended this 3 hour long conference. The so called seminar seemed more like a university pep rally. In the end of it all, all I took away from the conference was a few social media tips and tricks. In addition to social media, they briefly touched on time management and organization. The spokesman, although very energetic, offered zero examples of how to manage and organize you time. This really isn’t a surprise, since that’s what they offer in their coaching program. Yet, there coaching program won't help much either, Now there online literature will, so it has been a success. That’s my review on the Tom Ferry program.

A slight breeze through the palm trees, a variety of birds chirping, boats passing through the canals. This can be experienced by simply looking out your back door. This time of year, when the weather begins to turns just a few degrees cooler. When going outside is a pleasure and not a heat stroke waiting to happen. Smelly Fort Myers Beach.

Hope you brought your close pins because you may need them this week if your ever near Fort Myers Beach. From the recent cold front and higher than normal tides, a mass amount of strange sea slugs have washed up on shore. These little fellas have created a strong odder. Nothing we haven't seen before, but its been a while and at the start of snowbird season no less. Try and put it out of your mind and enjoy the nightly jazz music and company of good people. The beach is still a great place even if its a little smelly.

The Naples zoo is featuring seven giraffes with in the parks many exhibits.  Apparently these new giraffe are not getting along with one another.  Power struggle is breaking out between several of the Males.  So far the Alfa has yet to emerge from the group.  On the other hand, they can be quite loving to one another . showing signs of affectionate grooming and eating from the hands of passing guests.  They almost always come over for a treat.  So whenever you're in town stop by, it's well worth your time.

South Florida Sunset

This afternoon I was driving down Cape Coral Parkway heading west. Taking my time, with George Thorogood on the radio and I came to a stop at skyline. This was just as the sun began to set, so I made a quick right onto 47th Terrace, just as the sunset displayed an array of beautiful colors. The best part about this Sunset is the colors became more vivid as the sun finally made it to the horizon. As you can I know the colors begin to fade as the sun disappears, which made this experience ever so special. The light from the last bit of sun vanished and the street lights lit up, illuminating the water covered street. 47th Terrace holds a bit of magic in my eyes.

Eight Lakes Cape Coral Florida

As I was sitting down, enjoying the conversations of  some very close friends. Eating a surprisingly delicious meal. The sun caught my attention and my eye was drawn towards the flickering light, striking all side of the incoming tide ripples. "Fantastic", grabbing the others attention. what a beautiful place to call home.  Everyone was in agreement. We finished diner and proceeded to converse over resent events, while  looking out over the water at the eight lakes housing community. After living here for so many years, I still haven't taken notice to all the beauty of Cape Coral.
