Getting use to the HEAT!

It feels to me that these few summer months have been cooler than most or am I just getting used to it. I hear so many new Florida property owners say just that. The summer months are easier to cope with now that they've been through one or two years of Cape Coral living. Hurricane seasons has been mild since Hurricane Charley moved through this area ten years ago. If weather is a concern of yours please know it won't be in time. In fact you may soon realize that you wouldn't have it any other way. Stay close to the water if your looking to stay a few degrees cooler than inland. A few waterfront communities come to mind.
